Eligibility:

If you wish to return a parcel, you must request the return within 3 days after receiving the parcel. After 3 days, the return request may not be accepted.

Verification Process:

Once the returned parcel is received, our team will verify and inspect the product. After successful verification, the refund will be processed.

Return Method:

You can return the parcel by following these steps:

• Visit your nearest post office or courier service.

• Send the parcel back to our return address provided by our support team.

• Ensure the product is properly packed in its original packaging.

Deduction Charges:

When a refund is issued, PKR 350 will be deducted as delivery charges. The remaining amount will be transferred to your bank account or original payment method.

Exceptions:

Some items may not be eligible for return or refund depending on their condition.
